Default Diwali cards anyone?

I wasn't sure which forum to put this in so mods please move if this is the wrong place.

Does anyone here celebrate Diwali? (Diwali - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia). Any recommendations for good stamps, digis to use for making cards for the occasion? Any pointers to cards anyone has made?

I am wondering the same thing as my friend celebrates Diwali and asked about crafts. So far, I can find very few things. If you have a cricut, there is one cartridge that contains a few diwali images. It is called Autumn Celebrations. Here is the link to the PDF booklet that gives detail of the images (it might take a minute to load).

It has the image of a Lord Rama, a Lord Rama card, and a Diwali candle.

Also, I thought these cards were pretty.

This store has 4 indian themed rubber stamps that may work for some Diwali cards...

Fun Rubber Stamps (All) - Paper Source

There is a lotus flower, an elephant, an "Indian Fan", and an "Indian Flower".

Stampin Up!'s World Treasures, Lacy & Lovely, and their International Bazaar DSP would work wonderfully for Diwali I think. Hope this helps!
