I've noticed three different colors of rubber for Stampin Up sets. Does the purple indicate a hostess set? And, for the life of me I can't think of the other color I saw besides the typical red/pink. I should have posted when I saw it. If you know of the colors and their meanings, would you share that info, please?
I have a set that is purple and I received it as a gift at a Stampin Up event years ago.
I don't know for sure, but I have some different colors from a few years ago that were from supplements or mini catalogs. Not sure what they are doing these days.
The ones that I have that aren't "normal" red are either Hostess sets (which were purple) and Sell-a-bration sets (which were a sage green or really light pink)

Right. For a number of years hostess sets were purple rubber and SAB varied - purple, pink, sage etc. There was a recent announcement that there will no longer be different colors. So maybe the colored rubber will become collectable (I doubt it).
