I have had some inquiries as to where Newburgh is. Newburgh is about an hour north of Manhattan and a little over an hour south of Albany. If you are in Conn. it takes me about a half hour to get to Danbury.
Where the event will take place is about 10 minutes off of the Thruway & I84. It is very easy to get to.
Thanks
Barbara

Just an update on the Gathering:
I have had many inquiries on the gathering. Please read the details above carefully, I have tried to explain everything as best as I can but if something is unclear please e-mail me or give me a call.
The Shoebox swap:
You will only have to put enough in your box for 25 swaps, even if 40 people attend you do only 25. This way you don't have to cut up tons of supplies. You will pick 25 swaps that you would like to do from what is there at the gathering.
If you have samples of your projects that you have been doing, create a small display board to put along side of your shoebox, this will give everyone ideas, most will be bringing cameras.
Please be sure to include a sample of your Shoebox swap so everyone can see what they have to make from the supplies in your Shoebox.
This is a day of sharing ideas & socializing, it will be fun!!!!!!
Everyone is respondsible for bringing their own adhesive of choice, a pair of paper scissors would be a good idea to bring also.
Remember, you must pre pay before April 3rd. I need to know how many will be coming so I can pass this info along to everyone for the Demo-able, Do-Able swap.
There will be at least 5 demos so far through out the day.
Here are a few:
Disappearing Image Card
Brayered Reflection Card
Stamped Pearl Ex Pins
If you have something to share let me know, I would like to have a few more demos.
Don't forget your snack to share, let me know what you will be bringing.
This is going to be a great event, there are already 15 pre-paid & more registrations are in the mail. Please don't wait to the last moment to register.
Organizing this event is a massive undertaking please help me out by getting your registrations to me by the deadline. I want everyone to have a very positive experience at the event.!!
Sincere Regards
Barbara
