I recently sent in my demo paperwork and today I received an e-mail with my password and order confirmation number and instructions on going to the demo site. I thought I would get my number first as the password does me no good without the number.
The same thing happened to me. I did receive an email the following day with my demo number though without any further prompting from me. It seems weird they would do it like that, but at least you're not alone!!!
As long as you are in the system, your upline should be able to go onto her downline reports and I believe she can get your number for you too. I could be wrong, but my upline gave me mine (she may have called DS though to get it).
I mailed my paperwork in on Tues., Jan 30th from Arkansas. On Monday evening, Feb 5 I got the MOST BEAUTIFUL EMAIL from SU with my demo #... a little while later I got the email with my password. Yesterday, I got a sweet phone call welcoming me to the SU family. Today I got an email telling me my box has shipped. Great service!
how long ago did you send your paperwork? Mine was mailed on 2/2, so I am waiting to get my iformation as well.
Get on the phone, girl!! They'll have you in the system by now and can give you your number and password. Then you can hop on to the demo site and track your kit on its way to you! 1-800-STAMPUP.
I called this morning and they had my number for me and I was able to log onto the demo site, so exciting. I got confirmation that my order shipped today, can't wait to get it.
To answer one of the questions, I overnighted (is that a word?) on Monday of this week. On Tues. I got my e-mail with my password and order confirmation and today Wed. I called and got my number from the Demo Customer Service line. It was well worth the extra 14.00 to get it there that fast. I am not the most patient person if you couldn't tell
Understand completely, Emptynextstamper..... When we finally take the plunge we want the INSTANT Gratification. Now why did I not think about shipping mine overnight???? LOL....
All's well now. Got a demo number and my password, and kit is on its way to me. Having my first party on Feb 17 and getting really charged up about it.
