I don't have mine yet either. I got excited yesterday when there were 3 mags in the mailbox, but it was just AARP, Power Engineering, and an LL Bean catalog. What a letdown! :(
I haven't gotten my PaperCrafts December issue ~ has anyone gotten theirs???
I'm good thru July 2008, so I KNOW that is not the problem!!
- I think I saw it in AC Moore, but I was in line and couldn't get over to make sure I was right!!!!
I highly suspect that my mail lady is secretly coveting it and getting all sorts of holiday inspirations, before she slips it into my mailbox!!!!

Your suspicions just may be correct, but don't go postal!!! I have not received mine either! Now that I think about it....where is mine? Is my mail lady, your mail lady?? She might be conspiring!
Maybe it is a countrywide mail conspiracy plot ~ take all of the PaperCrafts magazines and hold them hostage until we give them nice cards and BIG tips!!!!
Well, that REALLY stinks if it is in stores before its at our doors!!!! Hhhhrrruuummmph!!!!
I got all excited last week too - just a stack of guy catalogs, although my Winter Mini was in there too, so that made me happy!!
I guess we just all have to keep "impatiently" waiting ~ trying not to go "postal""!!! (Very funny Mothermark!!)

I have long had issues with that company. Once I called them. They said they have them ready to go by pallets and it just depends when the postal facility that picks them up sends them out. She said they have no control over it at all, but having worked with shipping of large bulk items like that, I know they do. I don't think it should be a regular thing that they hit the newsstands first. Of course I don't have mine!
On page 109 of the November 2006 it says the Dec/Jan issue will be in stores on Nov. 14th. It says it will have gift wrap & tags ideas for the holidays!!
I see that October and November are separate issues and December is paired with January, so it should come out on December's schedule - whenever that is!!

I just looked and the last issue I have is October - so I've been looking for November's issue, not December's!!! Sorry girls!!

Since it's only 2 days until November I just assumed I was waiting for the December issue!!!
My son's Hot Rod mag is so early he probably already got the Jan or Feb issue - no kidding!!!
So it looks like there have been delivery issues before eh????
Oh and I have the Holiday Cards special issue - what a wealth of design and class ideas - it is sooooo worth the extra $$$$$$!! I made a special trek to AC Moore's when I first heard about it!!!
We shall see what tomorrow brings!

Well k-scraps since you are quoting from the November issue it is obvious that it's already out and that I AM, in fact, missing it!!

This certainly does point to my mail lady being the culprit in the missing Papercrafts mystery!!- she probably just couldn't part with the magazine!!!!

I have had the November issue for a couple of weeks I think. But I never got my October issue in the mail. If I don't get it within a week or so of seeing it in the store, I just go buy it cause I know it's not coming. For this reason, I will not renew my subscription. Two other issues came at least 3-4 weeks after I saw them in the store, so I have duplicates because I went and bought them. PaperCrafts extended my subscription because of it...but really I just want my magazine when it comes out...not when they decide to get it to me. Hope you get yours soon...sounds like it got lost. I think I'd email or call them at this point.
I wish I had seen this thread BEFORE I sent in my subscription! I haven't even gotten an issue yet and already having trouble with them. I checked the website customer service last week to make sure they had rec'd my subscription card (you know, the postage paid one that comes falling out of the newsstand issues) and sure enough, they did, but my account is ON HOLD until the bill is paid - I emailed them b/c I didn't want to pick up an issue on the newsstand that might actually be in the mail to me already, but their response was "we send one issue and then place you on hold until your bill is paid". I haven't gotten an issue yet (so where's the one they supposedly send when the order is rec'd?), and I just got the bill yesterday - almost a full month after I sent the card in. How could I pay it if I didn't have it yet? It wasn't like I could staple a check to the subscription card! At any rate, I went ahead and picked up Nov. at the store...figured my "first" issue must be December since it took them so long to send out the bill in the first place - they probably didn't actually process the order in time for me to get the Nov. issue!
I recognize the photo in the thumbnail for the Nov issue but I think it's because I saw it at the M store....not sure that I have rec'd mine yet. Drat!
Whoops, belay my last....I just checked the stack of mags on the kitchen table and sure enough, it is there. Hopefully I didn't mess up and purchase it (that has been known to happen!) and it was my subscription issue. I took a bunch of mags with me on a trip over Columbus Day w/e so I guess I've had it for at least 2 weeks. Hopefully I didn't buy it at the store...but it must not have made a big impression on me or I should have remembered. Jan
Ok - I was thinking DECEMBER?! It's not even November yet... but I don't think I have the Nov issue - the cover didn't look familiar. I'll have to check tonight! :(
I've had my November issue for a few weeks, and Dec/Jan come as one....But when do we get it?? Thats anybodys guess I think..The November issue is filled with many wonderful Christmas cards/projects.

I too have had the Nov issue for a few weeks now. But, I have had a few in the past where I see them in the store long before it makes an appearance in my PO box. Maybe we should all send emails or call............I mean, I thought that was the benefit of a subscription....getting it first??? Maybe I am mistaken...???

Aren't they tied in with Creating Keepsakes?? At a scrapbook convention in June they were offering 2 years of CK and 2 years of PC for the price of 1 year of each - I thought it was a good deal, so I went with it and extended my CK subscription!!! I've had the CK subscription for over a year and NEVER had any delivery issues!!!
I didn't get a chance to call PC today, so tomorrow it will be on my "To Do" list!
I did get the Dec. issue of CK today in my mail - so I'm happy about that!!!

I think you are correct. I LOVE the magazine...which is why it really bugs me. I don't want to miss any issues. But I walk by Barnes and Noble all the time and see the new issue just sitting there waiting for me.
Their customer support is very good though. The last time I emailed them I wasn't asking for anything in return...I just told them how disappointed I was that I kept getting my magazine a couple weeks after the stores did...so I bought it in the store because I didn't want to NOT receive it at all. That was when they extended my subscription.
But I have decided I would rather pay a bit more to get it when I see it...and to make sure I do get each and every one.
I have had my Nov. issue for about two-three weeks. You guys should get in contact with the company. As for the Dec. issue, it should be here either by the end of this week or the beginning of next. Hope it's on time.

These craft magazines seem to be very irrigular in their mailing, I'm always having to double check to make sure I receive all my issues. Then they put out "special" issues that aren't part of the subscription!! I love "Stamp It" and that one is not available by subscription and I seldom find it in the store!! Now I have to take "inventory" of my mags today.
I haven't even gotten my Novembers issue yet let alone Decembers.I had to call them to send me out another issue for november because I never recieved mine in the mail.
I seen the novembers issue in a couple of stores and realized I haden'y even gotten mine yet so I called them.Gee I can't wait ot get Decembers issue.I only seen the cover of Novembers.

It's someone who buys stamps they didn't normally like at first,only to see it in Split Coast Stampers gallery in a different perspective.
Sue call the comapany if you are missing an ssue they will eithe rresend it to you or add another month onto your subscribtion.at least this is what thye told me so I said I wanted the november issue since I hadn't gotten it yet.
I think it's the mail ostal ladies they see the awesome ideas and think 1 issue missing isn't all that bad But if they all think the same way then we're screwed.
Must be that darn holiday issue they all want.Time to go raifdthe postal workers ladies.
Lets go hunt them down.My mail man is a man.so I doubt that he would take it.

So now I have to wait another 2 weeks to get it .................hopefully!!!
My Creating Keepsakes is always on time - it has to be something THEY (PaperCrafts) is doing ...or not doing!!!!
