I was thrilled to have recently been asked to be a member of the DDD Gallery!!!!! Unfortunately, I had to decline the honor because I may be facing bilateral knee replacement surgery in the next few months, and was afraid I might be unable to fulfill the six month membership committment. (My stamping room is on my second floor!)
A big "Thank You!" to all of those who've been rooting for me to be chosen. I'm hoping that the offer will be tendered again in the future when I will be in a better position to accept.
For now, I'll continue to stamp and share my work as long as I can!

Too bad. You're cards are beautiful. Please make sure to move some of your stampin stuff downstairs before your surgery. We don't want to miss out on your beautiful creations. Good luck
How exciting to be asked! I have tons of your stuff in my favorites. Don't let the knee replacement get you down. My husband had his replaced a year and a half ago. My best words of advice are go to physical therapy! Do everything they say no matter how hard it may seem. My husband is very happy with his results and was able to get back to nearly 100% mobility. He plays golf regularly and went skiing. One warning, the pain drugs are wicked, apologize to family and friends before taking them! Good Luck.
Your work is soooooo worthy of the DDD gallery!!! I hope you will be able to still post on the regular gallery. Prayers for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery! You are an awesome artist!

When I saw your post...I was overjoyed...I love your work, and I think you would be an awesome Dirty Girl! Then I opened up and read your story, and was just so sad. Of course, SCS will have to ask you again. Your work is just too beautiful.
I'll be praying for you and your knee surgery, and I'll be looking to click on "Happy Heart" in the gallery pages.
Way to GO, Happy Heart!! I KNOW you've got the talent and dedication! Let me know when you go for surgery. Mine was just a week ago and I'm just on a knee brace amd can bend 90 degrees already! For you, I can't imagine two at once.. but maybe that's best. E-me sometime..let me know what's going on with you. I'm off to physical therapy this very moment! Talk to you again,
