Good question! I will ask right now and get back to you. It's usually in July, but there is planning done this early and I haven't seen anything so far.
Well I'm glad I mentioned it now. Maybe it's like how everyone thinks everyone else called 911 so no one ever calls? I hope it's still on for this year!
I missed last year, and if it's in July I'll miss it this year too. :( August looks good though! I really hope we are doing DTGD this year too! Go go gadget Lydia!!!
I'm fine with August - last year all uploads were due by August 1. So we'd only be bumping it a week if we went with the first or second week in August.
I'll let the volunteers pick! My original date Jeanne was July but maybe August would be better for everyone's hectic summer schedule..
My reckoning is that any of the summer months some people are going to be on holiday, so go with what suits the hostesses. We tend to be last-minute bookers when we see a good deal, but I'll hope to be around whenever it is.
Ok, I am always the one to ask these kinds of questions but what is the 'Dare to Get Dirty'? Can anyone participate in it?? It sounds like a ton of fun!!!

The Dirty Dozen and Alumni host a weekend full of challenges! It's a lot of fun!
Now I would add a question...there's a specific gallery for DTGD for 2006, 2007, and 2008. But the 2009 DTGD weekend didn't go into a special gallery. Was there a special reason for that? Or did they forget to have us post there? Mine are all in the stamp set galleries.

Thoughts?
Previously it's been during CHA Summer ... which makes it very difficult for those who travel that week yet wish they could play along. (Been there!) Just sayin' .... ;)
To all of my stampin' peeps who are chomping at the bit....drumroll please.....the dates have been moved to Saturday, July 17th through to Friday, July 23rd to allow for all of our traveling CHA ladies to participate!
Wooohoooooooooooooooo!!! I'm marking off the calendar NOW!!!!!
To add to what Lydia said, you can also combine challenges (which became a challenge in itself for me last year-how many challenges can I do on one card?).
I'M SO EXCITED!!!! And that's why I'm yelling...LOL! It's true that stamping with the best makes my stamping better. I'm letting my husband and kids know in advance that Mama is going to be in her stamp cave for a few evenings...DO NOT DISTURB with requests for clean clothes, supper, or any other non-essential stamping activities! Think they'll listen?

Yeah they will! I coached the OTHER for VSN and then developed a VSN "look" that solved all urges to ask me to produce food or do chores. I can give an online class in "the look". Heh heh.

I'm thinking maybe I'll come up with a cardstock camouflage outfit of some kind...they'll...never...know...I'm there...
