Can anyone tell me their experience with this company? Average shipping times, etc. I placed an order on the 7th and haven't received a confirmation. They say my computer is the reason I'm not getting emails, but I've added them to my 'approved' senders. Still nothing. Just curious what kind of experiences y'all have had. TIA
I love cut@home, she is fantastic to work with. If your ordered the nessties they do take a while longer to ship, but she is wonderful about keeping her blog updated. I am not sure about the email though, you could try emailing her and see if she can tell you.
I too have always been pleased with the service I have gotten at Cut@Home. The Nestabilities do seen to take longer to ship, but by reading Marcie's blog I have felt she does an excellent job keeping all of us abreast. I am still waiting for the new round of shapes to arrive...I did a pre order back in August.

I'm very pleased with their service. I've ordered nesties from them twice now. The first time, it did take 5 days from the time I placed my order before I received a confirmation that they were shipped (but there was a weekend in that time). I figured the set I wanted was not in stock. This month, I placed an order on a Monday and had it by Thursday. I'm pleased with the emails I receive confirming my order then letting me know when something has shipped. And this month, when I didn't receive my email for the coupon code, I contacted them through their live help and within minutes, they re-sent the email. And you can't beat that 40% off coupon!
I still have problems receiving the emails from cut@home, but it is definitely on my end so I just keep checking my junk mail. I added it to my safe list several times but it still doesn't seem to change it. Anyway, I have had great experiences with them and just received my 3rd shipment of nesties within a week of placing the order.
I've been very happy with the service, too. At any time, you can go to the site, log into your account, and see what the status of your order is. As others have said, Nesties can take awhile sometimes. She gets a huge volume of orders, but isn't always receiving enough product to fill them all at once. If you have questions, e-mail! I had a question once and got a response VERY quickly.

Still no emails from the shopping cart (even in my spam box), but I have had emails from Marci and she seems like a very accomodating person. Just curious about the shipping times as what I ordered was a gift. But, now that I know nesties take a while, I'll just try to wait patiently! Thanks, again!
I also have had nothing but great experiences ordering from them. I ordered some nesties last month and got them in about 3 days... they shipped before my payment even cleared from my bank!
I emailed her Wednesday to see if something was in stock and she emailed me right back that it was... I ordered it Wednesday afternoon and it arrived Saturday... Utah to Iowa in 3 days... Works for me!!!

And for some reason I'm not having problems receiving her monthly emails with the discount codes...
After 3 weeks, I e-mailed them to see when the order would ship -- and then they told me they were out of an item, would I like to wait another 3 or 4 weeks for the entire order or ship what they had? It still took another week. Not happy, probably won't order from them again.
Another happy customer!! Only once an order was delayed and when I emailed about it, I got a response right away, and everything was resolved quickly. All of my other orders, including nesties have been shipped quickly and responses to questions were within a day!

Ditto on the happy customer status. I've ordered from her monthly since May - 6 months and will keep going. Other than the nestabilities taking awhile (not her fault, and she gives plenty advance warning), there have been NO hitches. I will say that the web site changed a few weeks ago and now I cannot access any of my previous orders, including September's. I guess those have just disappeared, oh well, I got the products, LOL! Still I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ordering from her.

This happened to me, too, but it's because some of the items were back-ordered or part of a pre-order. She gave me the option of paying the shipping for items that were in stock, and then waiting for the other stuff. I did, and I had my stuff in just a few days.
