I received an email from them this morning so I'm sure many others have as well. I'm thinking in response to the email that they are getting a lot of hits so that might be why their site is slow.
I stayed up till midnight last night- so got the e-mail before I went to bed- ordered some new Cuttlebug folders, and already got an e-mail they have been shipped- Wahoo!!! It was really slow at midnight last night too!
I thought it was just me. I rebooted my computer thinking it was on my end. I spent an hour loading my cart while I worked on other projects THEN when I went to check out. Cart ERASED!!!! AHHHHHHHHHH!! I haven't gone back yet because I just don't have the time!!!
I ended up calling them this afternoon because I couldn't get to the checkout page and they were great about it. Maybe you should call?

Does anyone know if they have it listed on the site does that mean it's actually currently in stock? I usually buy from Allthatscraps and she lets you know before you order if she's got it in. I'd hate to order and then have to wait because it's really sold out.

Heather, I've ordered from her several times (seems I always have an outstanding order for nesties, LOL). What, specifically, are you looking at? It has been my experience that if an item is out of stock (e.g. nestabilities), it says so on the web site. It also tells you when she expects them in. If I don't see that posted, I usually get my order promptly. HTH

Its a manually updated site I believe, not a real time site so I would suggest that you phone them if you absolutely need to know about stock levels. So far I have ordered things from them that I knew were out of stock but was willing to wait for the discount.
I ordered some Heart nesties on July 7 and they still haven't been shipped. I thought that since I didn't get anything indicating they were out of stock, that I'd get them fairly soon. Guess not -- although this isn't too long ago. I'm just anxious!

I'm wanting the new Cuttlebug embossing plates. I know other places will get them soon and I'm just wanting to order from some place that has them in stock when I order so I don't have an out standing order hanging out there and also so I don't have to wait for them;)

I didn't want to wonder if the new Cuttlebug folders were in stock or not. I figure I dole out enough patience for my nesties. So I ended up ordering the new folders from Hallmark Scrapbook. Their site actually tells you how many they have in stock. I ordered them last night and they already shipped out today.

I think the majority of the nesties are on backorder. Check out the blog at Cut@Home for the current status on orders. They will list the nestie # and what orders (by date) have been filled. If you notice that you ordered within the date period that they supposedly covered with product, give them a call and let them know. Otherwise, you can assume that your nestie is "on the boat from China" with my nesties! ;) I am still waiting for long rectangles ordered the first week of June and squares ordered for July.
I put in my order for the new cuttlebug folders by phone yesterday and have not received a confirm so I'm guessing I'm out of luck for getting them. :( This is my story with the Cuttlebug folders - it took me more than 6 months to locate a swiss dots folder, so I'm not expecting to have any of the new ones before 2009.
