Question CTMH Online Ordering

I am thinking about placing an online order from Close to My Heart, but I have a few questions about how it works:

1. Does the order go straight into CTMH for processing, or does it have to be approved through the consultant?

2. Are shipping costs different online than they are if I order through a consultant?

3. Is there anything else I should know that is different about ordering online rather than through a consultant?

Thanks in advance for your help!

The order goes right to CTMH and the demo gets an email about your order.

Shipping costs are higher in some cases, I don't have exact figure (will let a current demo answer that)

It is great to order online but check with your consutlant to make sure there aren't any specials that you should know first to make sure you take advantage of all the monthly specials there are - some are available on the sites and some I think are not but you should know before you get your order input in case there is a minimum for free product, etc.

Hi -

The order goes directly to CTMH for processing. This can be faster then ordering from a consultant because of payment processing times.

The shipping is $7.95 on the websites and only 7.95% through consultants (after a $100.00 order its a wash)

And on the websites there are more items available then through a consultant

I must have been typing the same time as pigfingers.

Currently there is a special running called the Heart of Winter - it is a beautiful paper pack - you can get it on the websites as well. This promotion ends 1/31 or while supplies last. The qualifying purchase to receive this pack is $75.00

In Feb. it is a consultant only promotion

I think t he discontinued items are currently 40% off when ordered through a consultant's website (while supplies last, of course). That's cool!

Actually there are some items now that are *more* than 40% off Not many stamps left but *tons* of paper and scrapbooking kits!
One note about ordering, it's been my experience that on-line orders come a little faster than ones places through a consultant, not alot but a little, so that's a factor you might consider it.

Also, with the $7.95 online base shipping, you can get a ton of stuff at that $7.95 rate. Many times, when someone emails me an order, I'll do a mock order through the MyCTMH site and then also through consultant ordering, and it will be cheaper through the website as it's weight based there, and price based through our consultant's ordering. I've had as many as 20 stamp sets in the basket for the same $7.95 and quit adding them, so, I don't know how many more I would have been able to add before it went up in price.
