My birthday is coming up and I have decided to ask for a Cricut Create. Where is the best place to purchase one?
I want to get the best value for the money.

I think Wal-Mart still has them for $184. That is where I got mine, but I got it during the President's Day weekend, and they price matched the sale price what Big Lots was advertising, which was $99. Maybe that will happen again soon.

I bought mine in June at Wal-Mart at a great price. I don't know why they were on sale at the time or if they are still carrying them. Good luck and Happy Birthday!
If you don't have luck at Wal-Mart, try on-line. That is where I found the best prices when you can't buy local.
