Sorry to post here, but I am getting really frustrated. I have been trying to log into the cricut.com forum for 3 days now, and I cannot get in. I can get as far as the old forum, that ceased in Oct 2010, but cannot get into the new one. I have cleaned my cookies out, restarted my computer and nothing, I get into the community, but when I try to get to the new forum, the curser stalls and stalls and finally I get a done posted with a blank screen. Does anyone know what is going on, are you having any trouble getting into the new forum???

I just logged in to the new forum a few minutes ago and even uploaded a cricut card. Instead of going through a link you have bookmarked maybe google provo craft community and use that link and see if that helps.

After 15 frustrating minutes of cricut telling me I am using the wrong password I got into the cricut beta the chat area, but I am trying to get into the soldiers cards or anything elose, and I am not getting there, I even went to google and provo craft community, it is the first one that comes up in the browser, when I click on it I get a click back and it will not go there. I even cleaned out my cookies again, re booted and not getting there. I am going to keep trying and if nothing, will have to get out my mimi laptop and see if that works, I am so frustrated.

I was able to log on but it was slow in the community area. There is a thread on there about people having a hard time loggined in who uses AOL. No one from cricut has chimed in yet. I'm surprised.
I am so frustrated I could just cry. I have trying to get in since 6am this morning. It is after 10 now.
I looked for a phone number some place to call provo and the only number I could find quickly was with my gypsy, of course they are have higher than normal calls right now.

For some strange reason I have not yet found that thread. I am still looking although the site is running horribly slow right now.
I too haven't gotton on for ages. I'm logged in to the site but on the message board it says I have to log in. And then it says I have the wrong password. I've given up on cricut.com and come here all the time instead.
On my laptop, when I first go to Cricut.com it says welcome Lucinda but when I go to the community area it puts me as a guest. I will try logging in but it just keeps me as a guest, no errors or nothing...I just stay a guest. On the regular home computer when I first put in cricut.com it logs me in as a guest but I can than go to the community and log in there and I can get in. I keep the box checked to keep me logged in but it still signs me out after a few minutes of inactivity. It is also SLOW when I first log in and to go to the different forums. I don't visit as much as I use to since it is slow and such a pain!
I finally posted in the general chat on provo craft community, I was finally able to get in and post about the AOL problem. I pleaded the plight of use AOL users, I think it has finally been sent to the administrators. I was having the same trouble, kept telling me my password was wrong. I would be in the new forum and it would send me back out again. Hopefully Provo Craft is now looking into the problem. Here is the thread, I hope the adm has been made aware of the problem. I've also been having troubles for a few months now. It got to the point that I don't even go to cricut.com anymore. :(
My favorite part of the site that I visited was always the scrapbooking layout section. I always got so many ideas from there.
I'm able to get into the community section and then I can click on a thread in the scrapbooking section but then it tells me I can't view any of the photos!!! That's where I get mad!!!!!!! LOL
Then it tells me that my user name or password is incorrect. It's such a mess. And I know that people are getting in and viewing but they are commenting on these photos. I'm just not understanding!!!

ok I had trouble staying logged in yesterday afternoon. I would log in then the second I clicked a link to a thread it would put me back to guest. I tried logging and UN checking the remember me box and I was able to stayed logged in after that. Not sure if that will help you.
