Question Craft Yard Sale Question

I am doing a craft yard sale this weekend and I have a quick question. I have all of this nice thick cardstock that I get from my dad's work and I use it all the time. I have a metallic blue and a gray metallic that I have seen at Recollections for a dollar a sheet. I was wondering what you guys would pay for paper like this. I also have smooth and textured white and vanilla. I was thinking 10 for a dollar but since it is a yard sale maybe I should go 15 for a dollar. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I'd definitely pay 10 for a dollar if it was good quality!

10 for a dollar is reasonable. Make sure you make a sign that it is cardstock, great quality etc.

Can I ask more about your yard sale? How did you advertise? Is it just you? Are you including other things? I am cleaning out my craft room and have a ton of stuff to move to *other homes*. This sounds like a great idea! TIA!

At the end of June, the demonstrators in my area had a big stamping and scrapbooking garage sale at my house. We advertised in the paper and to our customers. We sold over $1000 of stuff! I have already had someone tell me that they took the day off from work for this years sale!

Its a scrapbooking, stamping, and craft yard sale put on by a local crop group. It is held at the Prince William Fair grounds in Manassas Virginia. I think stores can sell things at a discount and then there are crafters just selling stuff they don't want anymore.

Just wondering how the craft yard sale went. I thought about going this year but it's a bit of a drive from New Market and I didn't know if it was worth spending the gas on the trip. Were there a lot of good deals? Maybe I'll get to go next year. I'm so jealous that you get all that good card stock from your Dad's work. I used to work in a print shop, but that was before I got into stamping and card making. They threw out so much good stuff that I wish I had now!
