Default Craft Ink Pads

I have a question that I am hoping someone out there can help me with.

While making my Christmas cards this year (yes - they're done) two of my craft ink pads came apart from the case. Is there any way to glue them back in? And if so, what type of glue or adhesive would I use?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.....

Vicki, I don't know how to glue them back but someone must, that is if there is a way. Well heck, I have half of SU's craft ink pads, most of which have never been opened even though I have had them for at least 3-4 years. PM me which two colors you need and if I have them I will mail them to you.

Vicki - I've been looking around the internet for info about this and haven't come up with anything yet... DH suggested a hot glue gun - that's what it looks like to him on my SU classic ink pads.

I would suggest a permanent, non-water-soluble, quick-drying glue. Maybe one of the glues used for models?

HTH - and if I come up with anything, I'll let you know!

I had this problem ALOT with the cats eye chalk ink. They are small and useless when it comes apart. I used the red sticky tape (on the roll) to put it back on and have never had an issue again

thanks everyone - will try the sticky tape first, then hot glue if that doesn't work.

Thanks for the offer of the ink pads Sharon - let me see if I can fix mine first!!

I use Beacons 3 in 1 advanced or Crystal Effects.
