Wink Copic Classes By Copic

Copic will be in a nearby city this upcoming weekend. I am a novice and would be interested in day 1. It is all day, $120. The second day is for more advanced copic users.

Has anyone ever gone to one of these events? I am guessing it will be very well run. Just wondering your thoughts?

Note: I don't learn well without instruction. The on-line tutorials don't work for me, I need to be in a classroom setting.

I have taken both and I would recommend them.

You get lots of hands on practice with a very experienced instructor right there. The instructor constantly walked around our table and looked at our work and made suggestions when we needed it and also told us when we were doing something correctly. The instructor also can answer whatever questions you have right there.

And yes, the classes that I attended were both extremely well-run.

I've been to the beginner class and I loved it. The only thing is that it was 4 hours from home & very expensive (even more expensive for me because they let you try airbrushing, & I had to buy one after that!! lol). Most classes you go to are expensive, so that's why I am starting online classes lol.

I have taken many copic classes, in the classroom and on line from certified and non certified instructors It's a gamble how good it will be and depends on the instructor. Only one was excellent of the four I have taken. Then it's practice time. The excellent one, amazingly enough was from a non certified instructor. Good luck and I hope yours is good one.
