Oh Lana, you are a sweetie pie! I love this idea, if I were not so OVERWHELMED right now I would enter the contest, but I am not a great stamper yet and I also am chasing my tail here! I still have 20 thankyou notes to make and get out by my deadline of the 15th! It sure comes up quick! Man I would love to win something, can you do this again sometime after Halloween, maybe for Christmas??? That would be fun, of course I know how crazy things like this get! LOL
I have missed you too! I really miss being awake for hours andhours at night and just sitting here on SCS...if I get ten minutes a day now that is good...but it will all settle down soon I hope! Having two kids is hard work, HOW DID MY MOM EVER DO NINE??????? What a lady that one is! LOL

Cole is good, he just woke up and is beginning to cry! He is the type of guy who wants to eat as soon as he wakes up but we are keeping him on schedule...he has twenty minutes till the next time he should eat!!! So I should run and just walk with him a bit, when are you coming to help me love and hold this kid anyway?? LOL!!!
Great idea Lana! I'll be happy to send a few too. I was planning on making some to send to Keri too, so this will accomplish 2 things. I agree with Keri, can we do this for Christmas too?
Woohooo! As long as I have a good turnout and things progress smoothly, I will keep doing it! Yippy! I had so much fun when I was in a contest like this and the cards didn't even go to the troops. This that is just an extra special bonus with my contest!
Is this contest for demo's only? As for using all Stampin'up! products ,that cuts some of us out, who do not yet have the SU cardstock or inks. :( I would love to enter but can't,when the rule is all SU products,so I feel left out!
The contest is open to everyone (demonstrators and non demonstrators). I would like all of the cards to be made with all SU products and stamps because I am a demo. I want my customers to see what you can do with the Stampin' Up! Stamps.
I didn't mean to leave anyone out. You can always open up your own contest and have it for non-SU cards.
I completely understand Lana,not a problem. I will wait til I am able to get the proper supplies.I have tons of SU stamps ,just not the other stuff. But I will be patient and wait til I get the right stuff.
By the way I just wanted to let you know you have touched my heart today,in another thread. It is good that you are at peace with your grandfathers situation,I so admire you! I know your pain as I have lost all 4of my grandparents. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Lana, I am so glad you did this. I have been having so much fun making all my halloween cards! I'm looking forward to future contests. And like someone else mentioned, I've been meaning to do some cards for the troops, but all my swaps and RL keep getting in the way. Now, I'm killing 2 birds with one stone!
This is so neat that everyone is chipping in to do cards for the troops!!! AND GETTING A CHANCE TO WIN BIG!!! Oh, I thought these were for the troops to mail home to their families, or maybe that doesn't leave enought time. I've been making some cutesie ones for Moms and Dads to send home to their kids. But I can sue write in some of them!

You can make a fall themed card not jsut halloween. Think about leaves, pumpkins, apples, and all that good stuff.
Can we get the money we win so we can order our own SU products? If we can do it that way, I definately am interested. I love placing SU orders. Let me know so I can get started.
There seems to be so many new people posting today that I thought I would "bump" this up to the top and see if there are any newbies that might be interested in this contest.

I just wanted to let everyone know where thing stand. As of today, I have received 29 cards! Woohoo! That means the prize pot is at $29. Excellent prize!
I have started my 3rd foam board for displaying the cards so my stamping pals can vote on their favorite. The cards you all sent are just fabulous! I wish I could give you all a prize! Woohoo! This is SOOO exciting!
