Well, I saw a set in the 2006 CTMH (Close to my heart) catalogue. But it came in a set with three other construction-type trucks, and probably retired (but I don't know). Here's one image (scrapbook page) I found that shows what the crane looks like:

Stampin Up had a set called Little Trucks, that had a dump truck, cement mixer, bull doser etc, but no crane. This set is retired, but there is one on ebay:
