connecting to gallery

Is anyone having trouble connecting to the gallery. I have tired all day and it says not connect. I can get on everything else. Thanks

I went to my gallery on the side bar, and was allowed to get on. After that I went to the Gallery on the top and it said can't connect... and on that page I hit refresh and it worked after that.

Have you tried doing a forced refresh?
The maintenance went on a bit longer than scheduled yesterday so the forum was up before the gallery, but it should have been fine since yesterday.
You'll find a lot of threads down in this section Site Support, Technical ?s and Suggestions - Splitcoaststampers. Most people have solved the problem by clearing cache or doing a couple of forced refreshes.

Don't know if other having the same problem as me....Safari works but Firefox does not.

Ah yes, clearing the cache did it. There are no instructions for Firefox, so this is how you do it.

Go to Tools
Clear Recent History ( I cleared more than Cache)
Clear Now

That should do it.
