Has anyone ever purchased dies from ??? I just now came across the site. They have some really cute items, but I would hate to get stuck with dull dies.

Reason: dubious site
Yes, I have ordered from this company one time. The dies cut well, as well as most currently on the market, keeping in mind that most are made in China, including most from reputable U.S. companies that once had their dies made in the U.S.
Delivery time was looong, as in by the time I received the order, I had forgotten about it and had moved on to other things, This might be because of all the ships at sea that can’t unload at a harbor for various reasons. There is currently a huge backup.
There was a mistake in my order, one die I didn’t order was sent. One I paid the most money for wasn’t sent. The company reimbursed me for the item not sent and told me to keep the one sent in error, so no money loss on my end.
After seeing this I tried them. It shipped from the midwest although it is clearly Chinese product. I would say it took 2- 3 weeks for me to get it. I was thinking it might be two months from what was said above. Frankly it is taking some American companies that long.
One item did not come. I got another die instead. I emailed them. They made a strange request-that I take a picture of the whole order....um NO. LOL. I didnt say it was damaged. So I just took one of the die I did not order and emailed back....
Then they told me that missing die is not in production anymore....well they did not send a pack slip or any comment...had I not raised it, I would just be out the money. They did quickly refund it though.
I was super careful to get unique designs (they have some interesting football themes esp considering its from China).
But they are barraging me daily with emails for huge sales. I am getting ready to unsubscribe. I know they are there.

wave jumper... The dies from are working great. A couple of them are larger than an A2 card, so I emailed and suggested that the website description includes if the die will fit on an A2 or an A7.

They have a strange setup going - - - seems like everything but shipping to customer originates in China. If you want to call the company at the number provided on the website, the call ends up being to China.
Since we don't allow posts about sites that are infringing on legitimate stamp company's products, and this site looks very dubious, I will be deleting references to it.
Please see the site posting rules on this issue.
We need to fiercely protect this beloved industry from the theft of their designs.

Why does it look dubious? Do they copy products from other companies? They looked like originals as much as I could determine.
