I will have the opportunity to be in the Cleveland are this Friday. Can anyone tell me of a good stamp or scrapbook store to spend some idle time in shopping?
I know my bio says TX, but seriously you have to go to Pat Catan's in Strongsville. It's huge and from what I remember they always had everything on sale.
Hollo's!!! You can't miss it! Cardstock... $1.00 a pound. Envelopes... 4 cents each and tons and tons of other goodies! A stamper/scrapper CANNOT visit this area and not go there!

I second the vote for Hollo's ---Leave yourself a TON of time for that place, baby!!! It's da bomb!!!!!! You will want to move to that area because of that store!!!
I grew up in Strongsville. Pat Catan's is the best! Every craft item under the sun is there. Their scrapbook area has expanded so much in the past few years. Stazon pads and cleaner, Mono adhesive, storage... the list could go on and on.....
I also vote for Hollo's. Envelopes - very cheap. I buy pads of 11 x 17 inch paper to use instead of the grid paper from the catalog. About $2 a pad. I used to buy all of my cardstock there, too, but I got tired of not always being able to match the colors to SU! colors.
Anytime I go back to visit my parents, I make sure to stop at both of those places. My dad thinks it is very funny. I travel hundreds of miles to go shopping. (Oh yeah, and to see them, too!)
Hollo's is a must. Paper and envelopes can't be beat. Archievers is always great, especially if you don't have one in your area. I haven't been to the Pat Catans in Strongsville in years now that we have 3 near me, but they are always good. Have fun and DRESS WARM!!!!
OooooYeaaaaa.....gotta get to Hollo's. I drive 2-1/2 hours to shop there about one a quarter. Then to Pat Catans. Prices are great, but make sure you have plenty of time.
and to all fellow Hollo-ites, isnt that big warehouse they are building next door going to be great. Hopefully, this will mean they are never out of anything, especially envies....;)

Oh my! I haven't been there since mid-autumn! Did not know they were building on! Woo hoo! And maybe they'll have carts for everyone, too!
I didn't know they were building on either....last time I went I saw it was torn up!! YEA!! I am in Medina and only takes me about 15 minutes to get there going all backroads....I stay of Route 42 when I can!! Have fun wherever you go shopping!!

I have never heard of this store before......will be driving up to Toyrifix tomorrow, and wondering how far this is from there? I am especially in need of clear envelopes (to display cards that are being sold)...........
Thanks for any info!

Contact stampertammy (she works there), and she can tell you how long it takes to get to Hollo's from Toyrifix.

I don't know anything about scrapbook stores in the area but my first stop would be Malley's to get some nut mallows. YUM. (Malley's is an awesome ice cream and candy store).
I agree with saying you HAVE to go to Hollo's! It's only about 5 minutes from my house, so I have to restrain myself from going there, because I always spend a ton of money LOL. I love their little square notecubes to stamp on. And you can't beat their envelope prices!
