And mine are DONE!!! Just waiting on the postage increase before I stamp them. You know that will happen if I stamp them first so I am helping America by holding off! LOL
I voted other because I make soooo many different designs. I make Christmas cards year round due to all the places/people I supply with cards to sell. Not to mention all the cards for the troops. So I am always making holiday cards of some sort to put on the shelf. Last night I completed the 1000 for the kids at my church to sell to make some cash for bible camp. I have probably made 1500-2000 Christmas cards already this year. I am going to start on mine very soon. Blessings.
Usually just one. Only because I wait to long and need to get them done. I actually enjoy the assembly line process, and I always have a sense of accomplishment when I am done.

This is the 1st year I've made different designs. In the past, I've had one design that I did assembly line fashion. This year, I set a 10 cards per month goal for myself so I've got (thus far) 9 different designs.
I'm another one that gets too bored with just one design (I go from thinking the design is great to hating it if I make more than 10 cards with the same design). So I do about 3-4 different designs for mass production to send to extended family and friends, and then individualized cards for close family and special friends.
I come about my card designs in an organic way. Very random. So the assembly-line thing is SO NOT me, so I end up making a whole bunch of different ones. I sell most of my cards, but I have about 10 people I give cards to, and they are all made JUST for them.

I voted other. Most are one-offs, but sometimes I make 4 or 5 the same. Only once did I ever make a whole bunch the same, just because I was too busy and it was the quickest way.
Ok, I voted 1 design, but that only applies to this year. Normally, I have 2-3 designs, but this year I started so late (about 2 weeks ago) that I didn't want to have to rush to come up with 3 different ideas. So this year, 1 design that I switched up only slightly and I'm happy with it. Doesn't always have to be so complicated! They're on my blog now if anybody needs any ideas.
I voted other. I usually make 1-8 of each design, and send over a hundred cards. If I had to guess I'd say 10-12 different designs. Well, maybe 15, not counting those I make at stamp camps.

I put "other"
I usually make all unique cards; however, sometimes I am smart enough to make up to 5 duplicates of some of the cards. I do make 80+ Christmas cards, but I start in June.

I send out about 160 cards a year. It's way easier to do that if I only have one design to keep straight in my head and mass-produce them. Two years ago, my design was fabulous in my head, but I didn't really like it nearly as much on paper -- and it was WAY too complicated. Last year, I went with something much simpler, and I liked it. This year, I'm still working on the design and trying to find a happy medium. I really MEANT to do 15 or 20 a month and be done by now, but you know about the best laid plans of mice and men (and stampers). Maybe next year . . .

Ever since I started stamping I've made the same card for everyone, but this year I decided to mix it up a little bit and make several different ones and I think it's so much better this way.

Sabrina really summed up how I have done my cards in the past.
I usually make a different one for everyone. Up until this year anyway, because usually I start making them early in the year. But I haven't started with this years yet, so I might have to do something quick.
I can't do just one design. It's too boring and I WON'T do a different design for each person I give one to, I just don't have the time. I usually create about 3 or 4 different designs and divvy them up.

For a number of years I would do the same design - but I discovered that making 70 of the exact same card started making me CRAZY!!! It took me until last year to realize that it wasn't the end of the world to make a few different designs That way I also get to use more cute stamps!

my goal this year is for all of my cards to be different.
i always give my mom a set of 20 along with stamps.
i also send cards to the 25 residents at our county home.
my daughter ends up using about 15-20 for teachers & friends.
my husband will need about 10-20 at his work.
so i kinda start off in the hole before i can even start on MY OWN christmas card list! i am shooting for about 115-130.
OH... and my son's boss asked if i would make her christmas cards too! she just wants 7 each of 3 different designs. so yea, i guess that's more like 135-150. but i am at about 80 right now.
subbing! MintinCa nice Christmas cards!! I usually do a couple of designs - beacause I do assembley line and I usually choose one slightly easier than the other. I've really got ot get moving on them!! Sigh!

Everyone gets a unique one... I get card ADD quickly and can't do more than 2 ever of a kind. But if I get asked specially, I do a set to order. But it is tedious for me.

Just one here...I thought about doing two this year, as I found two designs I really liked. I even thought about doing two for each person I send to. I only make about 20 cards. I have a small family and really have to stretch to come up with 20 people to send to. Amber Shaw was soooooo kind to send me the CB folder "Winter House" when I asked if it had been retired (I couldn't find it when I searched Provo Utah and NO, it hasn't been retired). She had never used it and just sent it off to me...how sweet, thoughtful and kind was that?

I used to make just one design, but that was a few years ago. I didn't have hardly any supplies, and my papers were terrible. Poor cardstock and weird papers. Since I discovered SCS, my ways have changed! For the better! --I hope! I still feel kind of new to the game, but wow do I love to make cards and stamp!
Now I make lots of different Christmas Card designs and they have to be very different from the cards I have made before. Now I make about ten at a time using a great theme, stamp, and papers, but vary the panels and way I embellish. I guess I got bored with just one design too. Now I make about ten at a time but make about six or seven different sets of ten. I am halfway through mine this year, started CCC -christmas card challenge-, but a work project kept me from entering my submissions each month. Now I plan on finishing just before Thanksgiving! I still will be ahead of the game, and for me that's great!
I usually make several different cards. I don't find any joy in mass-producing one design. And since I generally don't buy packs of colored cardstock (i.e. 25 sheet packs), I would never have enough of one color to make all my cards the same even if I wanted to.
I only make one design, but I don't need over about 3d cards. Seriously, how do all of you keep track of who gets what design and not use the same stamp set for them the next year?? That's why I'm a one-design woman....
Last year, just about everyone got a different design because I used what I had already made first. Except for my family - they all got the same "wow" card.
This year, I'm going to come up with a few different designs & make enough of those for the folks on my list. Of course, my family will once again all get the same card.
I make a few of each design - I dont like to make a giant stack of the same - so for me, I design a card and make maybe 6...then design another...that way I can also justify to myself the need to buy more stamps LOL
I voted other...for the cards that I actually send out to people, I only make one design and do it assembly line...I already have all my stuff ready to be assembled on the card base for this year. But I will make other designs while I am trying to decide which one card I want to do, or perfecting the idea I had for it, or just because I like to make cards and have alot of wintery/chrismassy stamps.
