Default Christmas Cards

I'm hoping for a few opinions/advice. We all make our Christmas cards, how do you do the greeting - ie, handwritten or computer. I was going to type the inside greetings as thought it looked better, but concerned if that is still personal. What does everyone else do!!!!

I decide what I want to say then type it on the computer. I always do my sentiment on a liner that goes inside the card. I think it gives a little added touch.

I also add a liner which contains my Christmas verse or poem printed by computer. I sign at the bottom and add a personal note if needed.

My inside sentiment this year is computer generated. But I also put a personal greeting on some cards. Then sign our names.

I like to write my own message in my own handwriting inside. The reason why I never liked store bought cards is because there was usually too much writing in them that didn't come from me.

It depends on what I'm doing on the front. This year I used a coordinating phrase from the set for most of my cards, but on a few I made, I computer-generated the inside as it's lighthearted (Christmas Story leg lamp on the front!!).

Hi Peta from another Aussie I print on a nice paper that co-ordinates with the card. It looks professional and I don't think it detracts from the personal side of the a hand-made card. The good fact is that you made it. I do like to sign off the card by hand - that's all.

I like to use an appropriate border punch on the bottom edge too, just dresses the insert up that little bit more.
