Question Chipboard???

My daughter gave me a calender kit from Archiver's for Christmas. The papers included are just terrific, but the titles for the months are made of chipboard. I've never used the stuff before and am wondering how to go about it. A google search brought up suggestions using acrylic paint, but I'm thinking there must be more options than that. What do you all do with chipboard???

I had the same question not too long ago. I've been covering mine with patterned paper, sanding the edges and then inking the edges. It looks really good! Sometimes I'll take the whole thing when I'm done, tap my versamark pad on it, and emboss it with UTEE. HTH!
