CD Cases

A while back, I used to make gift card holders/cards out of cd cases. My daughter just asked me to make one for a birthday party she's going to but for the life of me I can't remember what I used to do! I know I saw the original idea somewhere but when I try searching the gallery I can't find anything using "cd"......has anyone seen anything similar? Tahnks!
