I live in Ontario, Canada and I purchase mine from Effectuality. They have all kinds of things...cd and dvd tins just to name a few. I'm not sure if they deliver to the States, but they might. Check them out on-line!
I have a link at home, but I'm at work right now. As I recall, the shipping is very high. Also, the price is ridiculous if you only want to buy a few. You need to buy a box of 100 CD cases, I believe. You'll need a big workshop, or several friends to go in on it.
Ask your friends and neighbors. I got tons from my neighbors when they put their cds in zippered cases with pockets. They no longer needed the plastic one.

Take a look at www.effectuality.com Look under Specialty Products - calendar cases. See if this is what you are looking for - I believe they are .24 cents each. I do recall that shipping to the US was a tad pricey. But the quality was very nice. They also sell cello bags that are especially made to fit. Good luck!

The problem with CD cases is that they are different from calendar CD cases. They don't flip around. (I know because I tried for about an hour to figure out how to get it to do that.)
Here is the link where I got mine. http://www.calendar-case.com/
I haven't checked the other link, but it sounds like it may be cheaper.
Well, I checked the other link, and I don't see the correct kind of cases. If you want to make the calendars, you definitely need to make sure it's the kind that will flip over! See the photo on the link I posted above.
I believe they do not make the ZIP case anymore. The Zip case was made by iomega. It is a clear plastic case that when opened the hinged lid can open up to make a "stand". You do not have to take the lid off and flip it around. I bought 5 boxes back in 2005 from a website. (do not remember which one). They came 10 jewel cases to a box. I still have 3 unopened boxes that I would be willing to sale! the calendar instert that I made for this case measures 3 3/8 inch square. I am sure this is what you are looking for!

They're there! Once you're at the home page of www.effectuality.com go to Media Packaging and then to Specialty Products - about half way down the page you'll see calendar cases and mini calendar cases. I purchased from them last year and they work just great!
