Default Can you return Sale-abration sets?

I got So many scallops and merci, and decided I don't really like them now that I see them up close and in person. Can you return and exchange them? Liz

I'm not sure what the rules and regs are on the US side, but it should say on the back of your order form. In Canada returns are allowed within a certain time frame and the "returner" pays the shipping costs. I'd recommend reading the fine print on your order form and getting in touch with your demonstrator. She would be able to return them for you and she may even be willing to swap them for you if one of her other customers wants the set you have. I don't think you'll be stuck.
As a back up plan you could check out the So Many Scallops gallery and you might find some cards you really like there :-)

It's either 30 days or 90 (sorry, I can't remember) but I don't know if it applies to SAB

I read a post on here where the person did "stamp surgery" and removed the middle from the scallop border. If I had thought of that earlier, I would have ordered So Many Scallops instead of another rubon set.

They can be exchanged within 90 days of the shipping date. (It says so in the SAB brochure). You will have to pay for shipping though. Call your demonstrator and see what the chances are of trading them out with another customer first.

I'd check with your demo. She might have some extras she is willing to trade with you. When I was demoing I earned so many of my own for free that I just had them sitting around collecting dust. Maybe they will be able to work something out with you.

Good luck!

you know, you should really just wait and sell them in the Buy/Sell forum here on SCS once they are for sure "done" and not current. That is, if you can't return them. People buy up the hostess and SAB sets like crazy. That way you can get money back for them instead of trading in for another SAB set, if you don't like the other choices either. I wouldn't think that SU could give you back money for them since they dont have an actual "value."

We cannot get a refund as you stated here but SAB sets actually DO have a value. They are valued at $50 as that is how much you have to spend to get a set. ;)

As someone who has listed previous years' SAB and hostess sets in the BST forum here, I don't think they sell well.

I would try to contact your demo and see if you can do a swap with her.

True there is alot of SAB sets out there - plus since SU has stated demos can not sell extra SAB sets until Aug 11th I am pretty sure you will not be able to sell them here at SCS until that time...

Check with your demo and see if she might have extra to trade...or know of demos in the area that are willing to trade

Saleabration sets sell for between $10 - $15 on ebay, also.
