I've seen people talk about these on here but I'm still in the dark. Can ya explain to me what they are? And is this something that is going to be a MUST HAVE that I would want to run out and buy? LOL

They are dies that you can use in a Big Shot, Cuttlebug or Grand Calibur.
They are made a tiny bit of thin metal, like a cookie cutter, except they cost a lot more. People love them and I'm sure I would too if I had the money to buy a bunch. Frankly, I think they are overpriced for a few pieces of thin metal.
Nestabilities come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Their thinness makes it easier to store than the thick Sizzix dies. It also limits what they can cut into.
I think Nestabilities also emboss around the edges if you run them through the machine a second time with the embossing pad, but I'm not sure.
Everyone has their opinion about what tools are useful, probably depending on your cardmaking style.
I love the nestabilities, especially the standard shapes, like circles and ovals. I love framing and matting my images, and they are wonderful for that.
They are a good bargain I think, if you use a coupon at Hobby Lobby or Joanns, or such stores. For example, you can get a set of 6 different size circles for about $15.00 with a coupon. They are also on sale at various places from time to time.
If you think how much you would have to pay for punches for that many size circles or ovals, it is a bargain to get a set of 6 at that price.
I started off with the basic circles and corresponding scalloped circles. Then I got the ovals, and scalloped ovals. I have used them on cards too many times to count, and wonder how I did without them as long as I did.
I already had a Cuttlebug, (one of the least expensive embossing/diecutting machines) which I had bought to emboss with, so the nestabilities were a great addition to that.
If you are thinking about them, keep looking at the gallery and watch for cards made with them to see if they will fit your style of cardmaking.

I guess I should considering buying a set with my 50% off JoAnn's coupon. I picked up a Labels Four last month on eBay for $4.99 (not seen a deal like that since), but haven't used it.

Melissa, give them a try! I use a 50% off at Michaels and get them for $12.50 plus tax. I use mine all the time. Beaded Circles are really cool to use.
I also see them on sale and the older sets drop very low in price and go on clearance all the time since they have been on the market for a long time. I use them on my projects ALL the time (and i post a new project on my blog everyday, so you can see a ton of projects with different ones on my blog). I love to cut out the stamped images and I love to layer the cut outs so nestabilities do great for that. You get usually 5 or 6 different sizes for the price and yes, I always use the coupon at michaels, hobby lobby or joanns.
