Thanks for inviting me Myra to this meeting. I will be visiting from March 29th to April 12th so April 9th sounds good to me. I am going to try to get my MIL or one of her friends interested in SU! and hopefully have another recruit. I am really excited now! I just hope I don't freeze my butt off there. Hawaii never gets cold and I am from California, so I have only seen snow once. Pathetic I know. Cold to me is like in the 60s so it will be freezing for me.
Please keep me informed on the details of the meeting.

Okay everyone, here is the status - the clubhouse will not be available for Saturday, 4/9 , but is available for Saturday, 4/16 (the next week). Please let me know what you think about this new date !!!

Also, since people were requesting card front swaps and shoebox swaps, maybe this extra week will make it possible. I still need information from a lot of people so that we have an idea of how many swaps to make !!!

I won't be able to attend that weekend personally.... It is my 15yr anniversary and by the word of the hubby "I AM REQUIRED TO PUT UP WITH HIM THAT WEEKEND"...Now where in the marriage vows did it say that???? Have a great time if you hold it that weekend!!!

Okay, I haven't received confirmation from anyone that that day will work, so we need to select another day. For those of you still interested in participating, please let me know which of these dates works best for you:

1) Saturday, 4/23
2) Sunday, 5/15

These dates are far enough away that I can still book them if I contact the office soon, so please let me know as soon as possible !!!

Okay everyone, based on the responses I've been receiving via e-mail and PM messages, 5/15 is the best date for most. I was thinking that we could do a summer themed card front swap and several people were interested in participating in a shoe box swap. I just need confirmation so that we know how many swaps to prepare !!! :P
