I went into my local stamp store today and asked if they had any Whipper Snapper stamps! They looked at me like I had 3 heads and said "no, we've never had anyone ask for them!" This wasn't a chain store, but a locally owned rubber stamp store.
Well, when I started looking around, they had about 4 of the Stampendous bee stamps, a couple changito monkeys. Their biggest selection was a lot of just odds and ends stamps, but they did have a fair number of House Mouse.
Was I really asking too much to try and buy a Whipper Snapper Stamp?? Can you only buy those on line, or are these ladies out of the loop???
I've honestly never seen a Whipper Snapper in a store before, and I've been to a lot of stamp stores. I'd be interested in hearing other people's replies.
I guess I am spoiled cuz I get to shop at Creative Pals, the store of the woman who owns Whipper. I am sad for you...they are so cute in person! I would ask the owner of your LS to look into ordering the line, I bet they would sell! Good luck!

And such a great stamp for Democrats! (Sorry, DH is a politician, and I look for donkey stamps. Tons of elephants out there. But donkeys? Not so much!)

One lss here has a few...but of course not the one I wanted (cactus w Santa hat...I live in AZ, you'd think that one would be a big hit) when I asked if they could be ordered she said that they have to order "multiples" of the same stamp so I took that for a "no", lol. I thought the donkey one was retired also because I didn't see it on their site...now that I know I can get it I will probably buck up and order them both...but I will say that I think their shipping is outrageous.

I was so happy when I found a local stamp store out here in oahu Hawaii had stocked up on Halloween Whipper Snapper stamps. But you should have seen the price tag. They were selling them for $12-$16 each!!!! I allmost passed out right were I was standing!! Guess I will be placing my order direct with Whipper Snapper when the time is right!

Sadly, that's probably all too often for me! I sometimes have a tendancy to say what I'm thinking -- terrible quality for a gal in my position!!! Consider yourselves lucky to not be 'public property!' Sure hope there aren't any constituents on this thread!! LOL

I love the donkey ... most of the time I stamp him w/out the words, and add my own. RARELY am I the one who was the *****. (hahahaa!)
