Has anyone ever ordered from them? I ordered a bunch of Cuttlebug stuff from them on December 13th and haven't received anything or heard from them. With the Christmas holiday I kinda forgot about it and e-mailed them this morning and still haven't heard anything.

I ordered from them on the 18th and received my stuff on the 22nd. I also got a bunch of Christmas cards in my mail today, so maybe your stuff is lost in the Christmas card rush?

I order from them around the same time you did. I got about 3 emails - confirming the order and then the shipment info, and received my stuff on the 20th I think it was.
I would call, I had the BEST service from them. Ordered 4 embossing folders on the 21st and they were in my hands yesterday. Heather is super and I will order from them again!
Now, allthatscraps.com I had horrible service. Ordered 4 folders, then got an email that only 1 was available even though the site said they were there. Paid for the single one via PayPal on the 13th, by the 21st I still hadn't gotten it so I emailed them. They forgot to send it, I got it yesterday, too.
I also just recently ordered 2 Cuttlebug embossing folders from them and received excellent service with several follow-up emails and notice when the items shipped. I would definitly buy from them again.

Ack. I just ordered from them the other day -- though I have already gotten a shipping confirmation and all were in stock, so I guess we'll see!
I ordered my machine and some dies & folders on the 20th (of Dec.). I got the shipping e-mail the next day and got my box today. Very quick, excellent service. www.busybeescrapbooking.com
I sent an e-mail yesterday and called last night (left message), I'm still waiting. I don't recall if I got a confirming e-mail. (Was ordering a bunch of stuff for Christmas about the same time, and deleted those e-mails.) I do have an invoice number and will try to contact them again today. I'm glad to hear that everyone else has had good service from them.

You are not going to believe what came in my mail today. The package from Busy Bee. It appears to have been sent on December 15th. I guess it just got stuck in the Christmas rush. Anyway, everything was there and I would definitely buy from them again. Thanks everyone for your support.

I ordered 2 Cuttlebug embossing folders from them on Dec. 12 and finally received them 2 days after Christmas- I had really kind of forgotten about my order in the hectic Christmas rush so I was excited to get the Snowflakes emb. folder especially!! I figure the slow shipping was due to the timing of my order. I'd order from them again.
Thanks to everyone who recommended them! I ordered from them last week, they had all the Cuttlebug embossing folders I was looking for at a great price and they came *super* fast (yesterday)! I was really pleased
I ordered a week or so ago and they shipped very fast. They did charge my paypal right away for the whole amount, then refunded a portion for the one item which was out of stock - kinda wished they would have waited to see what they had in stock before charging my paypal, but they did refund right away, so it really isn't a big deal, I guess. I was pleased with their fast service!
I ordered from them on the second and received my stuff on the 8th. They were AWESOME and I totally will order from them again. Plus the shipping was unbelievably CHEAP!!
