I ordered several ink pads and their customer service was great... and very quick shipping. Their website also has a lot of very useful information on a variety of stamping related topics.
Blockheads is wonderful!!! I've never purchased stamps from them because I was anti-unmounted until about a month ago. (At some point, I will order some stamps.) Service is very quick. Last week, I ordered some blocks. The shipping was lower than the quoted price so I received a refund. A couple of times, I've received a cool appreciation gift with my order. And, there are helpful hints and honest reviews of products. Very nice, personal service. Give them a try!!

I have ordered from her a lot! The products, service and shipping is great. I usually get all my packets within a week. And that is all the way to Norway!
