Question Blank Ink Pad Material for Dye Ink

I have always loved the size and shape of the Marvey Matchable pads. I even used their blank pads with other company's reinkers. Unfortunately, the blank pads are no longer available. My original pads are old and starting to disintegrate so I would like to attach new blank pads. What pads do you all recommend that can be custom cut to size for dye inks? Thank you for your help!

Forgot to mention I was going to try using Ranger Cut n Dry Stamp Pad Felt and can't find that anywhere either!

You’re welcome! I’ve never ordered from them. I found it googling Ranger Cut N Dry.

A couple of weeks ago I viewed one of Tim Holtz's videos and he said that Ranger had discontinued the Cut-N-Dry felt and foam pads. I was excited to see the suggested website and to see that there was free shipping for all orders too. And then I did a quick google search on opinions of the company and decided it wasn't for me. I did see on the Ranger's website that they have DIY ink pads for distress oxide and distress ink, so perhaps that may work for you.

gregzgurl also uses the Cut n Dry, and she even has a tutorial. Go to her post #3 in this thread.

Amazon carries ink pads to use on different sizes, to be used with ink of your choice.
i have several of my own.

Thanks so much for the info about the stamp pads! That may be my only option. I too checked out reviews of that company and decided not to order. I really appreciated the info, but I am very careful about who I order from.

Another vote for cut and dry. They have both linen for dye inks and foam for pigment. Of course it has bee a long time sine I bought any and I stocked up when I did, so still have pads left.
