Default Birthday Book

I'm wanting to make a birthday (reminder) book as a gift. I've seen pre-made ones in stores in the past with one page a calendar of the month and a pocket for cards on the opposite page. The calendar has room enough to record your family and friends' birthdays for that month.

Does anyone know of any instructions or templates that already exist for such a book?

If you go to the 'Gallery' section and then into the 'Anything But a Card' area and then into 'Books, etc' you should find some. To make the number of views less you can do a search with the word birthday in this area. There are quite a few here.

Great thread! I want to make them as Christmas gifts this year. Maybe people can post a picture or link if they have one to share with us

Wonderful! Thank you RiverIsis for the link. I had looked in the "Anything But A Card" section but only saw lots of accordian books, which wasn't what I wanted. I didn't look far enough down the list. Thanks for the extra set of eyes :-) I'm interested in seeing how the various people put (or bound) them together.

These are all great organizers...people are so creative I mis-understood the original poster as I thought she was looking for the actual journal/book to keep track of birthdays. I had been thinking about making these for Christmas gifts this year and have spent a long time in the gallery and have only found one so far!

Things of note - that I have been pondering on IF I did this project - especially as a gift.

Some families (mine) need longer spaces for birthdays - its not uncommon in our family to have two or more people share their birthday so I wouldn't make the project with short spaces. A birthday address book at the back could be helpful (yes I have a "real" address book that I can never find when I need it!)AND a place to keep those lovely forever stamps.
