Default Bind it all help making address book and date planner

I am wanting to make some gifts for friends and am looking for some help with the pages. I am wanting to make an address book and a date planner. I have a very good friend that is back in chemo for a reoccurance of her breast cancer and am wanting to do these for her. I am needing to find a template or somthing to do the date pages so that she can write all of her upcoming appointments on. Also find address book pages to print. Hopefully you all understand what I am trying to say and can help me out. TIA!!

Jamie

Jamie.....There is a calendar wizard in MS Word you could use to make the calendar. There is also one in Publisher if you have that program. You can easily make one yourself, too.

Here's some sites with printable calendars:
http://www.vertex42.com/calendars/pr...s.html#monthly
http://www.printablecalendar.ca/
http://www.calendarlabs.com/printable-calendar.php

I googled "calendar template" and got dozens of sites...all free.
