I am wanting to make a keepsake of my baby's foot and handprints and am wondering what type of ink I can use that is safe to use on a baby's skin

I am trying to avoind spending more than I need to so are any craft ink pads ok to use?

I bought some kind of kit from Babies R Us a few years ago that worked kind of like a carbon copy - the ink never touched the baby's skin. It turned out so great, I got another one for my second baby!
