Default baby keepsake box

Quite a while ago I saw a great idea on splitcoast that I swore I added to my "favorites".....but I guess I didn't since it's not there. Anyway...I'm hoping someone here can recall where it is.
The idea was a cardboard pencil box decorated for a baby, with a note on the top basically saying something like "sometimes it's hard to find time to scrapbook or write every baby milestone in the baby book...so when baby does someting wonderful for the first time write it on a note and stick it in the box". It was such a cute idea...but I can't remember exactly how it was worded on the box.
Can someone help me out???

Thanks!

I have a paint can that says that in my gallery. Haven't seen the box though.

I love the poem too..
There are a few words that I cant't get because they are covered up.
My brain is not filling those in either. Could you give me a hint... or just the answer.
I can't make out the last 5 lines.

HTH!

Edited to add: It is by MelMel in the DD gallery, so you would have to have access to that to see it...

Smile You guys are awesome!!!

Yes.....that's the poem I was referring to!!! Evidentally it seems to be more common on the paint can, which I had never seen before now. The actual "box" I was referring to was the one mentioned by Jeanne Marie (a few posts before this one). These are such a cute idea. Now I'm off to stamp on my box. Thanks so much gals!
