Default Awsome customer service!!

I recently baught my first Justrite stamps and was having trouble with my 2 inch circle stamp.
I sent an email to them asking what I was doing wrong (I read they have a bit of a learning curve, of course I thought i was just a dingbat messing it up).
I immediately go a phone call and email from Dennis in their customer service.
Dennis was wonderful!!! Said It wasn't me, that he thinks I may have gotten a bad stamp. He said he would replace the stamp, and to let him know if I have any other problems.
Awsome costumer service!!
