Avatar Help...

OK Ladies,
I know this has been posted somewhere but I cannot find it.
I need help with avatar so my photo can be seen. I have no idea where to begin, (besides having a photo ready to send) so I need your help.
So what do I do??? Thanks for any help you can give me....

At the bottom of your profile page there is a place to insert the picture. Just hit the browse button and go into your pictures (assuming, it's already on your computer) and double click on the picture you want. Make sure it is resized to their specifications otherwise it won't attach. Good luck, Kris

Sorry but I do not know where the browse button is on my profile.
I see where it says to select a forum....
I see where the Avatar goes, but how do I get the photo from my computer to this spot? I have the photo within the 80 x 80 pixels limit too...
