I am almost finished with my last set, just one to go. I noticed there are a few older ones still white that I have. I can do:
All About Autumn
Flowers & Friends
Frame & Flourishes
Friends are Like Flowers
And then I have a question. In the past, SU has been notorious for re-using names; i.e., they would retire a set and replace it with a completely different set, but they would use the same name. Case in point: Framed Fun was an SAB set and a large frame set. Both are seen in the gallery under that name. Are you going to put index cards for both sets? There were also times when a stamp set and wheel both had the same name. So I guess that is another thing to think about and come up with a solution.

Tasha, I just noticed Bugs and Kisses on the list. This is a new catty set. Maybe someone who got it at Leadership could do an index, or maybe just put it on the new catty list. Just a thought.

How do we know what sets still need to be indexed? I know I could probably just look in the gallery and figure it out from there, but what if I find a set that I have that appears to still need indexing, but someone has already offered to do it back on page 7 of this thread? LOL I'd really love to help out but would care not to have to wade through 13 pages of posts to find out what still needs to be done. Is there an updated list somewhere? Thanks !

Lisa, go to the very first post, and at the bottom of it is an excel spreadsheet with all the sets listed. Anyone of them that's not highlighted with a name next to it is fair game. Just decide which ones, and let Tasha know by posting here.

There is a link on the very first post of this thread with a list of all the sets. The ones that are in white still need to be done. Those in green are spoken for. HTH!

I've uploaded 4 of the 5 I signed up for - 3 last night and one a few minutes ago. I won't be able to get to do Wide Open Spaces until probably the middle of next week. I hope that's not a problem.
Also next week, I'll be able to do Please Be Seated. It doesn't look like anyone else has signed up for that one yet.
Hey I can do Going My Way I am getting it next week! It is ordered and on it way. I like those fish, they look like happy piarahnas (oh that was some really bad sp)!
The gallery approvals are slow....
But something you can all do to help with it is if you put the index cards in the INDEX GALLERY...it is waaaaaaay down past all the techniques and swaps and stuff just before you get to Tee Spotting.... That would really help things along so I can just click click click!! Thanks yall! You ar the best!
Tasha, I just went to see if there are any more sets needed that I have and the excel spreadsheet in post 1 is gone now. Will it be coming back? Thanks for all you've done with this process. It has to be overwhelming! Blessings to you for taking this on. Sue
