I've ordered twice. First time hubby bought me a gift certificate for Xmas last year to their store because I asked for it. It was never emailed to me and they gave us a hard time about getting it re-emailed. Then when I went to use the certificate, everything I wanted was out of stock! Only problem was I didn't know it at the time I placed my order. So I paid $8 for shipping a $15 order.
Second time I ordered some of the new CB folders and they separated my order because they didn't have them in. Didn't even notify me of this. I had to email them asking where my folder was because when the order came in they weren't there! They responded that it would be shipped out "soon." Took an extra three weeks to get it. Very frustrating.
I've always heard good things about their store. Unfortunately, I've had two bad experiences myself. :-(
I have ordered from them several times. Most of the time, what I want is out of stock and when things are in stock, shipping takes forever. They have been friendly and my order always eventually shows up, but it takes its sweet time.
I've had similar experiences. I've ordered a few times, and every time the shipping took forever. I'm sure the owners are nice enough people. Apparently it's just the two of them, which is why they claim it takes so long to get things shipped. I've ordered from many one or two man shops, and honestly the shipping at other places has never taken as long as it did from EP. I've found other places to order from just because I'm too much of an instant gratification girl. I will say that the products I ordered were good quality and just as advertised. My issue is with the shipping time and lack of communication. Hope this helps!

Does anyone know if they ship to Canada? I've tried emailing them about this two or three times, but I never hear anything back.
They do ship to Canada. It can take a few tries to get a response and you can't order online. You have to send an email stating what you want. Stuff might not be in stock by the time they reply. Shipping is slow.
Despite all this I keep ordering from them because I like the stuff they sell and they have some good sales sometimes.
