I live in Marlborough and have just starting cardmaking with my daughter and nieces.
In fact tonight was our first card swap. We each made a card at home and then got together to make each others ! Had a wonderful time...have to admit I used some card ideas from here.

I am a demo and live in Leominster. I have stamp classes in my home and you can check my website for my calendar - www.tinar.stampinup.net . I have a stamp room which fits seven others if those from the local area want to get together to stamp. I would love to meet other local SCSs.
I lived on Beacon Hill for several years after college and I love taking my kids into Boston. I grew up in upstate New York and went to Syracuse University, where it snowed from Nov to April. I am a skier but I like the milder winters in MA. With 6-12 inches of snow coming tomorrow, I will be skiing for a few more weeks. I hope I don't have to cancel my scrapbooking class tomorrow night.

I grew up in Chelmsford, lived there with my hubbie for 9 years (know the Elegant Farmer?) - my parents still live there. I moved up north to NH 9 years ago.
I LOVE Elegant Farmer, my absolute favorite lunch time eatery. I live in Haverhill but work in Chelmsford. This is my second job in Chelmsford. Between jobs I took time off for about 6 mo. and the one thing I missed most were my trips to Elegant Farmer!! It's the best!
I lived in MA for almost 20 years and I miss it! I moved to CT about a year and a half ago, but I go back up to MA to visit my parents all the time.

cathy lynne - I worked at the YWCA summer camp for years, so I know Humarock very well!
Dawn.MA - where between Boston and Cape Cod do you live? It's funny that that's how you explained where you live because anytime anyone asks where I lived or where I grew up, that's exactly how I explained it since Duxbury's right in the middle of the two!

At this moment I am at Martha's Vineyard! I actually live in TN now but am here helping my mom after surgery! Been here for the past 4 weeks and all this wonderful snow ! Definitely do not miss these New England winters!
My mom grew up in Holden & Worcester, married my Dad from Texas---George---so her mom would say things like, "Gahhhj, pahk the cah!"Of course in Texas we add r's to things (my husband "warshes" his hands instead of washing). My mom has stamped a tad, and I think would love it, but seems to think she's too old to start a new craft. I need to get her to at least start scrapbooking while she can still tell me who all those yankee relatives are in the pictah's!

How does June sound?? I know it seems far, but it is almost March. I will be "out of commission" much of April (major surgery)And then it will be May and we'll plan for June!!!
I'm from Haverhill, MA, home of the Archie Comics and the first ever Macy's department store. Did you know that Archie author was from Haverhill and the characters were based on real people who went to Haverhill High School? I just met Jughead's son!!! How's that for history?!!

I grew up in Boston (Brighton) and now live in Brockton which is south of Boston. Close to all on the South Shore. I love the western part of the state - so beautiful! I would also be intersted in a SCS gathering - Any info on this?? I am signing up with SU in July. Hope to meet you!
This is great! I've been a regular visitor to SCS for quite awhile now but never saw any postings from "locals". I live in Townsend and I see that there are about 10 gals all around me! Nice to know that there are a few more of you out there! Please keep me in the loop as far as any gatherings that you arrange.

I live right behind Fitchburg State College.Every so often we go to slattery's to eat.It'ss about 2 minutes from my house and I can see the college from my Kitchen window.
