More time! How am I supposed to feed my rubber stamping addiction when there's always so much to see and read here and then, on top of that, from all the links and companies? I was looking at just today's gallery and kept going back to the first page to check. By the time I'd get back there, there was another whole new page of gorgeous cards! This site rocks...and so do all of you!
This is a fabulous site. When I first started I was here every day for hours, but after a while I started doing the challenges, now I stop by once a day for an hour.

HA! As if! You may be right, but that's no fun!
I try not to do the "continually" thing. I check the gallery a couple times a day, check the forums too, then go about my business the rest of the time.
I hope you noticed the operative word in that paragraph. (try!)
I hear you! One of the best things that I did to save my stamping time was to subscribe to Nancy Riley's blog. She frequently posts mostly Stampin' Up! cards chooses cards that she thinks are beautiful. Here's an example. It is such a treat to get her blog updates in my e-mail, and she saves me a lot of time by finding beauty out there. You're right - the creativity is endless!
I agree with turning off the computer. I've REALLY limited my computer time - now I only use the computer Wednesday nights and Thursday nights. For the first time ever, I have, for a couple of months now, met my goal of sending my nephew, niece, and baby nephew one card each per mailing day!!
(this is three cards a day, five days a week!!) (five days, not seven, because they cannot receive mail on Sundays [which means it's useless to mail cards on Thursday because if I did, they'd not receive any at all on Sunday, and 6 cards instead of three on Mondays], and I cannot send cards on Sundays).
This means I can't leave as many comments on as many cards as I want to, or read as many threads, or photograph or upload as many cards, but I think it's a nice trade-off. The kiddos are excited to get mail almost every day!

Ah..yes. The thrill of discovery on SCS. When I first joined it was so hard to pull myself away! There were the forums....and once I figured out the DIFFERENT forums..( I'm a little slow to understand what's right in front of me LOL )....then hours of reading comments began. And the GALLERY!! Oh my! OH...and have you seen the Buy/Sell/Trade forum yet?? Treasure to be found in every post.
I probably spent a week or two reading way too many threads into the wee small hours of the morning after the rest of the family was in bed. Finally, I realized, the board isn't going anywhere. It'll be here the next day, and the next....And there is only so much information my brain can absorb at one time anyway!
Now I can fit in my browsing within an hour or so. And that includes hitting a few blogs of crafty members out here. Now, my time only gets excessive if I am researching a specific topic; like when I wanted to know more about Copic markers before taking the plunge and buying some. There is TONS of information out here in a few different threads so that took a while to wade through.
Good Luck....pace yourself. The board will be here tomorrow. And if you need a "reason" to get away from the computer and stamp something try your hand at one of the challenges posted in the challenge threads. :-)
