This is not PTI related, but it is shopping related. I just ordered from the www.sizzix.com/outlet yesterday, and I have another large order in the shopping cart again this morning!! that website sucks me in every time I know there is a good sale!! Arg....Must resist!! LOL

Did PTI have a major fiasco on their hands last night? Of course they did...but I don't think they needed everyone freaking out about it. Yes, they are a business and need to operate in the most efficient way they can. But direct feedback to them is a much better way of getting the message across rather than having a hissy fit on message boards.
NO ONE IS BASHING PTI. There is a huge difference than expressing our frustrations and openly bashing. PLEASE do not accuse us of this.
We are allowed to express our opinions and it gets old when someone does and then is accused of being a basher/gossiper and everything else.

I love PTI. And yes I placed a big order that night.
When the site crashed many of us came here and chatted away while we were waiting to see the new release sets and try to place our order.

And BTW PTI did NOT WANT ANYONE CONTACTING them about the site issues. So how would you expect customers to do that??????

As I said I love PTI and will continue to buy from them but the release issue every month is very FRUSTRATING.
I am praying they get it all worked out before next release as I will be there again to order.

I am a huge PTI fan but I do have to agree with some who said maybe they should take a month off and fix everything. I understand they are growing by leaps and bounds but they said they want customer service to be one of their main focuses and right now they are having a hard time delivering on that. I would think a month off would give them time to get everything in place just right. I appreciate all the changes they are making, I love that you know get a free refill with your ink pad... but still they need to get their website back up to par before they have another release.

In today's world of forum's, blogs, FB, Twitter, etc people are able to express their opinions about a business (or anything else for that matter) and PTI is a business where there will be opinions good and not so good. Let's say a long time customer with a bank is frustrated with the bank's website, ATM or service there is nothing to stop him from expressing his views in public. He may take the issue privately to the bank via email, phone or other private means but he also has the means to express his opinion publicly.

My bottom line is the people have the right to express their opinions and they shouldn't be attacked for doing so. I am open to hearing everyone's opinions. (And BTW I love PTI products).
