Okay, since SU has decided to postpone the release of the fall/winter catalog, does anyone know if they are going to offer another mini catalog after the Occasions mini expires?

I seem to be out of the SU loop since I gave up my demoship. Can someone explain what catalog we are missing out on and why?
The minis used to run Dec to Feb (Winter Mini), March to May (spring mini)
June to August (summer mini) and Sept to Nov (Holiday Mini). Plus an SAB brochure for Jan & Feb. Now with two full catalogs launched each year, minis have been trimmed to two per year plus SAB plus two preview brochures released a month before ordering begins to whet your appetites!

That's a long time to wait for new stuff. It's good that there are a lot of other companies out there with monthly releases. Probably not good for my wallet but good for my creativity. I spoke with a friend who also served on the Advisory Board previously and we both decided that SU is missing the boat by not having regular monthly new releases. That is what people want to see. I guess that is an entirely different thread.
I may be way off, but with their big 20th anniversary coming up I am expecting something really exciting this summer. They did postpone the release of the F/W catalog this year to get it into a better 6 month rotation in the future (not so close to the holidays as last year). Sandy O

Hope I didn't miss anything already posted, but what date will the new catty be released? Thanks!

Expecting something exciting this summer as in before the F/W catalog comes out? I kind of understand the better 6 month rotation idea, but I still miss the old mini schedule.

There have been hints that there will be a big promotion in June since the retired list won't come out until July now. And the chipboard special for May is great too - I'm really going to stock up on the Art Journals.

I agree - May's special is awesome, especially since it's national scrapbooking month! Both of May's specials are wonderful for scrapbookers:razz:

Wow! That's awesome. Thanks! HERE is the link for anyone else that wants to see.
It kind of looks like our current one with just a very few exceptions. They also have several sets that have been retired here for some time. No real sneek peaks for us :(
