My sister and I are hosting a 45th anniversary party for our parents on March 12. We are expecting about 40 people. Do any of you have any ideas for favors? I would love to stamp something!

Did you think of maybe filling small organdy bags with some sort of candy..the bags themselves can be stamped. OR an easy cute idea is the hershey nuggets candy with personalized 'wrappers'. Get the Avery 5160 address labels, personalize them with your parents names and anniversary or the party date, then use a pretty wheel in a corresponding color to your decorations. Wheel over the labels, the labels fit around a nugget perfectly! very cute idea for any party!!! Good luck!

Anniversary Party Favors
You could stamp a small box with some candies or a chocolate and attach a strip of paper with the bride and groom's name and wedding date or note of appreciation re: the bride and groom.
There is a really cute seed packet idea on "ustamp4fun.com" . Click on project ideas...it is there. You could stamp and then fill the packet with "Forget me not" seeds. Rebecca

For my parents 50th anniversary I stamped "thanks for sharing our day" cards with embossed hearts, their names and the date and attached them with organdy ribbon to the stems of wine glasses. The wine glasses were filled with chocolates wrapped with stamped labels. It was a sit down dinner and the guests got to keep their wine glass as a memento.
When I did my parent's 50th I painted and stamped small plant pots, made a plant poke out of skewers and stamped images of hearts and placed a small pansy in each. Our party was fairly small so it worked.
Wow! Thank you for all of the great ideas! I have some left over vellum cardstock from the invitations, so I think that I may try to make the sour cream containers. I have never made them before, so wish me luck!
