Am I the only one who watches Project Runway or Top Chef and always imagines what it would be like if they were making cards instead of clothes/food? I always think about what the different challenges would be. I can't help but think about it every time I watch those shows.

I know I'm a dork. :P
You are so not a dork - I don't miss those shows! It would be awesome if they had something like that. Their creativeness really inspires me - especially Project Runway.

Hey, I'll be a dork with you because I LOVE those two shows and I have wondered the VERY same thing! I always marvel at how the designers/chefs create clothes/food in such short periods of time with such strict guidelines. I would LOVE to see a cardmaking show! ;)

Hah, I love those two shows, I never miss an episode! Sometimes I sit at my card-making table and tell myself to "Make it work!" when I can't seem to come up with an idea.
I too am a "dork" and watch both shows religiously...but honestly had never conceptualized either one from a stamping point of view...that will give me a whole new perspective this week! I think Tom Colicchio (probably didn't spell that right!) is a hottie so designing cards for him would be awesome!

I've totally thought that too while watching one of those shows!
That Dale from Top Chef (mowhawk) and the guy (forgot his name) who had to leave Project Runway due to health issues are dating? Just a little FYI.
I thought I was the only one that watched these shows! I scoot the kids to bed and enjoy "my shows" after hours of their shows.

I love both of those shows and also Iron Chef. Since I'm a demo I always thought Iron Demo would make for a good show -- two demos squaring off against each other with a time limit, one main "ingredient" (I'm thinking accessory like a pack of chipboard or pretties kit) and a closet full of SU supplies. LOL!
I am a former SU demonstrator...This would be a fun event at convention. Matching up top demonstrators with limited supplies and a time limit! My family loves Top Chef!
I think it's an AWESOME idea! How many stampers/scrappers/paper crafters are out there that would tune in? Just check out the numbers of galleries/cards/projects on SCS!!!
