Default Altered passport books

We would like to find some 'passport' books to use for our new Children's Sunday morning program. Passport size with blank pages inside would work. If we could get the covers printed that would even be better. Anyone have any insight?

I made some for our VBS one year. I just used my passport as a template for size, used plain copy paper for the inside, Night of Navy CS for the cover and bought a long reach stapler to staple in two places to bind. We even took their pictures with a digital camera, printed the pictures to size and glued them in their "passports" the same day. The kids loved them.

Anyone have a super cheap price hook up on Jolee's for you Passport. The cheapest I have found is 2.14 and it is perfect for what we want.
