Hmmm, I don't have pics but I finally designed my baby shower invites and made them all. I would say that was the most fun and sense of accomplishment. I had put it off for a while, but it was fun.

I dont know how to just insert the photo but here is a link to the card in my gallery. This is from one of my new {ippity} stamp sets and I just ADORE that bird! He is so fat and cute and I had a lot of fun making this card. But I am weird and like to fussy cut and paper piece things! LOL
item I have made in a while. My girlfriend went nuts over it. I would like to try to increase the size of the template so that the purse can hold A2 size cards. I think it will only hold 4X4 cards in its original size.
Thanks for looking. Purse template by Becky Roberts by Angela1 at Splitcoaststampers

I altered a cigar box and turned it into a briefcase for a wedding gift (small, unmarked bills in a briefcase - kind of a gag gift) but I'm thrilled with how it turned out.
The two cards I made for the special babies that have arrived this month. One was my nephew and the twin girls belong to one of my oldest friends. We've been friends since we were 9! They're on my blog Sunfaerie Creations
I've been making my own washi paper with spray colors and rice paper. I don't know how to put a photo here, but you can see two of the washi paper cards on my blog.
I made a sympathy card using the SU Thoughts and Prayers set (sorry, forgot to photograph) and sent it to my brother and sister-in-law on the tragic death of one of her closest friends. Honestly, the card wasn't anything spectacular (although that stamp set makes any card special). But today I had a very heart-felt message on my voice mail from my brother expressing his appreciation for the card, saying that it had really touched a chord with his wife.
That kind of response brings the most joy to my cardmaking.
That's hard to decide, I made way more cards than usual doing VSN...but I would have to say my favorites are Tequila Shooters from one of the challenges for VSN and Merry Christ"moose" gift bag. I am sure I will be using it for a gift here in the couple of months.

Thanks Holly for getting this started. I look forward to it every month and boy has it been great so far! Good stuff ladies! My job is 7 days in summer so haven't anything to share this month but love looking at your stuff!
What a wonderful thread! We had such a tragic loss in our neighborhood and I had to make a sympathy card to give to such a sweet and kind elderly couple. I wanted it to be simple and easy to read. I was pleased with how it turned out. WT284 by whim6915 - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
I had 2 favorites this month. One card I will not post, as I am thinking of submitting it to a magazine and it can't be published anywhere else, so I have to keep it a secret for a bit. :o)
The other one is this card. I finally figured out my Cricut and I love it even more. The monkey on here was cut out with the Create a Critter cartridge.
Wow its hard to believe August is almost gone! I think the card I made today is my favorite for August...I love the Clean and Simple style and I love this birdcage stamp I found for a dollar....Great thread!!
I saw those printer trays from 7Gypsies, and knew I had to have one. I altered one for BIL and SIL that highlights our cruise with them this summer. I like it, except for the upper left photo, which I will work one. I really enjoyed working on it, and going back thru all the photos from the trip!
