Advice on which "flower" set to buy
I'm going to be placing an order and I'm thinking of getting All The Best because of the versatility of the set (especially after seeing all the great cards that were made with it). Is there a "flower" set that you just love and would get instead of All The Best? Give me some advice on which "flower" set you'd buy!
Hi Superstamper! I just absolutely love Watercolor Garden II. It is such a beautiful set and makes the prettiest cards! Go with whichever one you love the most. You'll be more likely to use it and sell it!
I love Flower Factory (it is in the Winter Mini, available until Feb 28th).
I also like Watercolor Garden, Fresh Flowers, and All the Best.
I'd say it depends on your style and what you like. I've had some fun using All the Best, one suggestion is to cut the flower apart from the stem and mount the stem on the side of the block. That way you can just stamp the flower or you can do the flower in one color and the stem in another.
I could stamp flowers all day. I love Watercolor Garden II, Roses in Winter and Spring Garden. If you're planning on spending $50, you'd get Paint Prints for free, which is another GREAT flower set. If you're wondering how to spend $50, I'd say invest in colors, card stock or accessories. If you have lots of colors of ink and only one stamp set, you can do LOTS more than if you have lots of stamp sets and only one ink pad .

I already see lots of votes for this one and I have to agree - Watercolor Garden II. In fact, I made a very simple card with this set and recently sent that card to two friends. Both of them now want that set (one already ordered it). I love every card I see made with that set. Let us know what you decide.
I have In Full Bloom and All the Best, and I love IFB. ATB doesn't inspire me in the least. I've only used it once to make some swap cards for a set sampler swap, and even then I didn't like my own swaps. IFB is awesome, and there's a new set in the Spring Mini that matches it.
I also love the Watercolor Garden sets and the tulips.
A lot depends on if you prefer coloring your images or not - I LOVE both Watercolor Garden (and Mini), especially for quick cards that don't require any further coloring. But I recently got In Full Bloom and am having a ball coloring the images with the Twinkling H2O's. I'm ordering All The Best next month, but that set is more retro, a totally different style than the Watercolor Garden sets, so I can see different applications for all of them. My suggestion is to get the one that appeals to you the most and fits your own particular "style."

My favorite flower set is Roses in Winter. I just love everything I have ever made or ever seen made with this set! Have you looked in the gallery under all of the different flower sets to see which one you like the best? That might be a good place to start.
Happy Stamping!

Watercolor Garden ll is great, really easy to make beautiful images. I have All the Best and find it limiting, don't actually use it that much. Also have In Full Bloom and it's a great one too, can be colored, watercolored, chalked, etc. Very versatile. I also have Love Without End, and use it as much as All the Best, maybe less, if that's possible.
I love In Full Bloom - especially since getting aquapainters. The flowers look awesome watercolored. This is from a stamper who used to avoid stamps that had to be colored like the plague.
I love Petal Prints - you just KNOW it's going to be in the next catalog! Hard to get hold of right now, but you can get More Petal Prints!
I'm lovin' this set right now, too!!
I also like to use Buds and Blossoms, but that's becuase it looks great for Hawaii pages and cards.
I do think that All the Best is a good buy because you also get a couple of greetings and backgrounds with it. Trust me! It's on my never shrinking list!!!
I agree with Spammie, get More Petal Prints! (especially if you aren't a demo!) I don't like to color in stamps, though so I am biased! The other flower set I use the most is Roses in Winter, I love it! I would probably adore Watercolor II, but I don't have it yet. All the Best in on my wish list, and I like Fresh Flowers, too. Petal Prints is my all-time favorite floral set, though!
Definitely IN FULL BLOOM!!!! I actually hated this set when I first saw it, but everybody on this site was liking it so I decided to get it. I now use it more than any other stamp set.
