I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to post this, but does anyone have any feedback they can provide on Addicted to Rubber Stamps? I just placed my first order ever with them today and am trying to ease any worries. LOL. I'm a dork like that when it comes to ordering online! I'm particularly curious as to their shipping times. Are they quick? TIA!
I've ordered from them numerous times. I'm from Canada so I don't know how that would relate to where you are time wise. The orders come fairly quickly. I would definitley recommend this company.
I've ordered several times and never any problems. One order I rece'd had a mist product that leaked and they sent an replacement right away. Also, they include a couple of hard candy treats with your order.
I've ordered from them a couple of times and have always been pleased. The first order I got from them, they included a couple sheets of decorative papers free and in the last order I got a Christmas tree punch (one of those $1 ones) free plus the candy.
I've ordered from them quite often, especially when they have great sales (like they did this week!). Shipping is usually pretty quick, my order is always complete, and they usually include a few pieces of hard candy! I'd definitely recommend them.
I have ordered from them many times and have always been pleased. They ship fast, they have great quality products and they'll even throw some candy and sometimes a freebie in with your order. Rest easy, you have nothing to worry about with that company.

Ditto to all of the above. I have been ordering from Addicted for years. I've placed over 150 orders over the years and have never had a bad experience. This week's sale was the bomb! I love when they have the 25% off of everything and I especially love when they have free shipping. So feel confident that you ordered from a good company.
I'm in New Zealand - and I have used them 4-5 times without any issues/problems.
Definately recommended, and for the record, they are cheaper than purchasing in NZ!
We don't have the variety regarding product ranges/manufacturers etc...and I will definately use them again!
There is always some sweeties in the parcel, and i have been given 2-3 freebie stamps....
I think the waiting, however short of a wait it is, is the worse part tho! I was just thinking I should have ordered some supplies for my Christmas cards! I wanna get them done before the baby comes!

I have ordered from them many times and is usually during the storewide 25% discount promo time. I takes roughly 2 weeks to reach Singapore and items are 99.99% in good condition. Only once the Aleene almost snow bottle cracked but it is too much a hassel to send back and forth so I just leave it as that.
I have only bought from them two or three times, but the last time was the last time I will ever use them. I had no problem with shipping times etc but I was thoroughly ripped off for the postage. I can't remember all the details now (it was quite a while ago) but they charged me way more than it cost them to post the items. As in international customer, I do expect to pay more for shipping but I buy quite a lot from the US, so have some idea of what I would expect to pay. Also the items turned up in a box that was far too big with no packaging and all the items just rattling around loose inside. I wouldn't have been so bothered about that if they hadn't charged so much for posting it in the first place!

I agree about the freight charge part. I don't know what the extra USD50 they charge me is for. That is why I request for local shipment to Borderlinx where DHL will send it to me. It is much cheaper this way. Only thing is I need to manage the total amount so as not to incurr GST when the box arrive at custom here. As to the packaging I have no problem so far. They always vaccum pack my stuff and so far only 1 item is damaged but I choose not to pursue bcs it is too troublesome. At least I thought their packaging is better than scrapbook warehouse and scrapbook.com. These 2 companies doesn't even vaccum pack my stuff and a pack of cardstock I bought was torn at 1 corner. I tried to send them an email and guess wat? My email was bounced back. U can check out Borderlinx website below. Not sure if they send to ur area. But I suggest u write to Addicted and ask them about the packaging.

But my experience was great! I got my order within a week, everything was in tact, and they gave me some extra goodies, which I wasn't expecting because I only ordered two things! I will definitely be placing another order next time they have a sale!
I've ordered from them for years - their shipping is SUPER QUICK - sign up for their newsletter to watch for sales - have never had a problem and I can usually find stuff I can't get from my LSS

I purchase around $120-$200 per order several times each year, usually during one of their bigger sales that also has reduced price on shipping. I had a bunch of stuff in my Wishlist on their site that was being discontinued or goes temporarily out of stock as soon as they get it in, so my last order was during the 25% off everything sale but the shipping wasn't reduced. Since I was already spending a considerable amount on my stamps, I went for their cheapest shipping. My order didn't even ship until a week after I ordered. That was the first time I've ever had that happen. It will be here tomorrow (which is a few days after it shipped - so delivery is it's usual speedy delivery), but this is the first time my order wasn't processed within a day of placing my order. I was really surprised by this. I will still continue to order from them because they have such a vast variety of designs that are difficult if not impossible to get without paying a ton of shipping charges by ordering from each of the companies directly. Except for this last order taking so long to actually leave their facility, I've only ever had stellar service from Addicted to Rubber Stamps. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Make sure you sign up for their email notifications of sales. Many times once a sale starts (especially a good one) many things sell out fast - they don't do backorders, so if something you had in your cart gets purchased by somebody else before you actually submit your order, some items you had in your cart may no longer be available.
